Let God fill everything

πΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈ Here's the sauce for today:
In the Gospels, a woman breaks an alabaster jar of perfume at Jesus' feet. Notice the word: she didn't just open it, she BROKE it. This wasn't a calculated moment where she could close the lid later. It was all or nothing.
Alabaster perfume is potent. When broken, it fills the entire room with its aroma. That's exactly what Jesus does. His goodness, mercy, and love fill every space He enters.
Here's the challenge for us as Christians: we often treat our faith like an openable jar. We let God's aroma out in church, around other believers, or when it's convenient. But when things get uncomfortable or we think people might find it weird? We quickly screw the lid back on.
But that's not what this woman did. She broke the jar COMPLETELY.
God is calling us to do the same. Don't just open the jar selectively; break it! Let the aroma of God's goodness flood every area of your life. Your workplace, your relationships, your struggles, your celebrations. ALL of it.
Stop being selective with where God's presence flows. Break the jar and let it all out.
πππ Key takeaways:
The woman didn't open the jar; she broke it completely at Jesus' feet
Just like the perfume filled the room, Jesus' presence fills every space He enters
Donβt selectively open and close your faith; break the jar and let God's goodness flow into every area of life
